Family Support Partners are individuals who understand what is required to care for a child with mental health challenges. These individuals have gone through this personal experience themselves.

 

Family Support Partners (FSP):

Are culturally diverse and have  knowledge and sensitivity of various culture groups.

Assist families with obtaining and utilizing community resources

Model appropriate parenting skills and communication

Promote strong family relationships linking families to appropriate services promoting self sufficiency.
