Building Bridges Together (BBT),  formerly Heartbeat Family Partnership, is a program of Mental Health Systems Family Services Division.

BBT focuses on the needs of children and youth with emotional, behavioral, or mental disorders and their families.

We  offer an opportunity for families to partner with professionals and other interested individuals to improve services for children and youth.

We provide leadership and a voice for these families through referrals to appropriate social services agencies, and act as advocates regarding prevention, early intervention and family support.

mental health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in an
innovative and cost-effective manner.  Our goal is to improve lives
and instill hope by using new and creative treatment strategies
while respecting time-proven methods of intervention.
